Welcome to Caps SB, your Santa Barbara source for custom hats, local-inspired headwear and professional embroidery services.

Proudly serving the community since 2012, Caps SB offers a variety of custom hats including fitted caps, snapbacks, beanies and more, along with embroidery services for businesses, teams, organizations, events and personal projects.

As a lifelong Santa Barbara local, I built Caps SB around quality, creativity and strong customer service. The goal is simple: provide clean embroidery, well-made custom apparel and designs that represent Santa Barbara and the people, businesses and organizations that make this community special.

In addition to custom hats, we offer embroidery for polos, jackets, hoodies, workwear, uniforms, chef shirts, nurse scrubs and other apparel. Small orders are welcome, and we work closely with customers to make sure each project is set up correctly from design to final stitch.
